The Enablement Program

Put AI to work.
Bring your people with it.

An eight-week, one-to-one coaching program. Your people build real, working AI into the job they already do, and keep the skills after we leave. It is not a software rollout. It is about the people.

Why rollouts stall

The tools are easy. The fears are hard.

Pretending they aren't in the room doesn't make them go away. So we name them out loud in the kickoff, and we work through them one on one.

01
Status

"I'm already behind."

02
Livelihood

"This is going to replace me."

03
Identity

"It can't do what I do."

Silence is not the same as safety. People do their best work once the fear has a name.

How we find the work

We start with your pain, not with the tool.

Asking people "what could AI do?" gets you a blank stare. So we ask a better question: "where does it hurt?" You bring that to the session, and together we figure out whether we can do something about it.

By the end, the reflex changes. Before any task, your people start asking on their own: could AI do this, or at least a third of it?

Questions we start with
What did you do today that bored you?
Where are you the bottleneck? What breaks first if 500 clients show up tomorrow?
What are you still doing that doesn't feel like your job?
What would let you handle 500 more clients tomorrow?

How we do it

Tools, plus coaching, plus proof.

Pillar 1

The AI tools

Whatever you already have. OpenAI, Copilot, Gemini, or whatever ships next. We stay stack-agnostic on purpose.

Pillar 2 · the heart of it

The coaching

One on one, on real work, voluntary. It changes how someone sees themselves first. The skill follows.

Pillar 3 · the wrap

The attestation

You see who is moving each week, a library of what was built, and a credential you can stand behind in front of a board.

What you get, and how you see it

Real use cases per person, tracked weekly.

What each person walks away with
  • Three to five working use cases, over eight weeks
  • Real work pulled from their week, never exercises
  • Sketched on paper, then built and hardened in the 1:1s
  • Documented well enough to survive without them, and to hand to the wider team later
What you see, every week

A simple status on every person and every use case, reported straight to your CXO.

Green. Moving. Last session produced something usable.
Yellow. Drifting. Stuck on one specific thing.
Red. Stalled. No movement in two weeks, time to step in.

A quick survey before kickoff sets everyone's starting point.

Your data stays yours
Everything runs in your own tenant, under your SSO and DLP. We hold none of your data. There is nothing new to buy and nothing new to procure.

What comes next

Prove it first. Scale the winners.

Phase 1 gives you attested, memorialized use cases. Phase 2 deploys the ones that earn it.

Who runs it

Led by someone who has carried the risk.

Christian Trujillo

Lead Enabler

Christian has spent his career in two of the most heavily regulated industries there are, financial services and healthcare, first as an executive and now as a business owner. He uses AI on real business processes every day, and carries his own compliance risk while he does it. Engineer, and an MBA from Notre Dame.

Built for scrutiny

Two decades serving publicly listed brokers in New York and London means the work here is auditable, privacy-compliant, and attestable from day one. Enough engineering rigor to build the workflows right, and enough business judgment to pick the ones worth building.
