About two hours, total
Sixty to ninety minutes with the lead on the people, the priorities, and the bottleneck. Thirty to forty-five with IT on what the cohort may use. Then a forty-five minute kickoff, and week one begins.
Who qualifies
You do not need a big department.
A cohort is up to ten people who work near each other. One team if it is that size, or two or three adjacent teams if it is not. What matters is that they share real work and are willing to try.
Everything runs in your own tenant, under your SSO and DLP. We hold none of your data. There is nothing new to buy and nothing new to procure.
