AttestiFi AI, LLC ("AttestiFi," "we," "us") helps organizations make AI work and prove it. This policy explains what personal information we collect through attestifi.ai, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request the ICM Starter Kit, request a briefing, or otherwise contact us through a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company name
- Job title
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our forms. We do not ask for it and do not need it to respond to you.
Why we use it
- To send you the materials you asked for, such as the ICM Starter Kit, and related AI enablement resources.
- To respond to briefing requests and other inquiries.
- To understand interest in our work and improve what we publish.
We send you the materials you requested in order to provide what you asked for. We send further resources only where you have asked us to, and you can stop that at any time. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business to understand general interest in what we publish.
How it is processed and stored
We use HubSpot, Inc. as our forms and customer relationship management provider. Information you submit through our forms is stored and processed in HubSpot on our behalf, as our service provider, under HubSpot's own security and privacy commitments.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except service providers, such as HubSpot, that help us operate this site and respond to you, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep what you give us for as long as we are in contact with you, and for 24 months after your last engagement with us, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
- You can opt out of further emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, and US state privacy laws. We will honor those rights as the law requires.
International handling
We operate from the United States and Canada, and information you share is processed there. Where we receive personal information from the EU or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for Canada and, for transfers to the United States, on our provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework together with standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address in order to serve them. This does not place a cookie on your device.
- Forms. When you submit a form, our forms provider HubSpot sets a cookie that is needed to operate the form itself. HubSpot also sets a cookie that recognizes return visits and links your submission to pages you viewed earlier. That one is not needed for the form to work, and you can decline it.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
